Sweet Jamie

Hello all, I have another Q and A with  a super sweet young lady whose name is Jamie. Her  blog I have also so very much enjoyed reading. She is such an encouragement to me. I hope y'all enjoy what she has to say as much as I do!

                                         Her Blog is:http://diligentlywaiting.blogspot.com/

 "About Her"
I'm a 14 year old girl, child of the King, sister to one awesome brother (18) and one fun-loving sister (19), daughter to two wonderful parents, and friend to as many as possible! I love to sew, and have been doing it for several years. I also enjoy embroidery, reading, writing, playing piano, blogging, daydreaming ;), gardening, kickball, swing dancing, cooking and baking (mostly baking), nature, kiddos, and learning new things!I wear skirts pretty much every day, since it is the best way I have found to be modest. However, I don't judge those who don't have the same convictions at all! It is also convenient for me, since skirts and dresses are much easier to sew than pants! =)

And then some questions I asked her.:-)
#1 What is your favorite book of the Bible?
Wow, that's a hard decision!  Probably either Ruth, Esther, Psalms, or Proverbs...I really can't decide between those four! =)

#2 Do you like to listen to music?  If so what kind?
I LOVE listening to music!  I listen to Laura Story, Ame Shreve, Casting Crowns, The Story CD, and things like that.  Of course, I often listen to a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, etc. but always Christian music.  I don't need to be filling my head with love songs and such!

#3 If you could have any super power, what would it be?*smiles*
To always have patience with everyone.  Does that count?!  Ha!  Probably flying...?

#4 What are some of your favorite books?
Before You Meet Prince Charming by Sarah Mally, Raising Maidens of Virtue by Stacy McDonald, and In the Presence of my Enemies by Gracia Burnham (I'm not quite finished with this one, but I can say it's one of my favorites!), among many others!

#5 How do you do your Bible time everyday?
Every morning I try to read it for at least 30 minutes or more, and I usually have a Bible journal that I write down my notes/thoughts in (although currently I am in need of a new journal, since my old one is full).  I also usually read my Bible for a few minutes before I go to bed at night.  I don't currently have a devotional book, though I would like one.

#6 Is there a certain person, either in your family or friends, or maybe in Bible times that you really look up too? (besides Jesus of course):-)?
The main one would probably be my piano teacher.  She is 18 years old, and an amazing pianist and singer.  But the thing I love most about her is her obvious love for the Lord.  She is SO devoted to Him, and you can just see His love in her eyes. =) Her blog is delightinginJesusathome.blogspot.com. =)

Thank you for doing this Jamie....I really enjoyed it!!!!!!!!!!:-)
